• How Do I hire your service?
    • To provide accuracy of the quote, please provide the details needed in contact us: date, location of the event, and send a photo inspiration (if any) via email or text.
  • How do I reserve a date?
    • To secure a date, we require a 50% down payment via Venmo or Zelle. We honor date reservations on a first come first serve basis. We provide clients with invoices as proof of receipt and contract agreement.
  • How far in advance should I reserve?
    • To be able to deliver custom colors of balloons and/or any request specifically requested by the client, we request that clients reserve 4 weeks in advance with a deposit.
  • How much time is needed for installation?
    • We request a minimum of 2 hours to provide full details with the desired service requested.
  • What if I damage or lose any equipment?
    • Client will be responsible to pay for any damaged or lost equipment. Damages will be assessed upon pick up.
  • What if I already have my own backdrop or equipment for the balloons?
    • Client will be responsible for their own equipment setup prior balloon installation. Additional fee will be charged if assistance is needed for client’s equipment.
  • Do you charge delivery/ installation/ surcharge fees?
    • Delivery and setup charges depend on the location, duration of the setup, and if any equipment will be picked up. Surcharge fee such as transaction fee will be client’s responsibility.
    • Any additional balloon decoration added on the day of the event will be assessed for surcharge fees not included in the invoice agreed by client and the company.
    • If aftercare of the balloons is needed cleaning fee will be charged to the client.
  • Do you have any Liability Insurance?
    • We are fully licensed and insured and can provide proof of Liability Insurance upon request by the event’s place.
  • What are other liabilities excluded from your insurance
    • Balloon decoration may be affected by temperature, humidity or any uncontrollable acts of nature including but not limited to rain, wind, or extreme heat. We cannot guarantee perfect results for installation done outdoors or in these uncontrollable situation
  • What is your refund policy?
    • We issue full refunds prior to ordering any equipment and balloons. Once the balloons and equipment have been ordered from the supplier, deposits will be non-refundable and can only be used for future events.
